Dear Grandpa,

It‘s finally here:
The surgery of the year

There’s a reason
You heard a voice that day
During the spring season
It was God’s beautiful way

You are going to be alright
How may we know this?
Because of God’s great might
And the love we send by kiss

The love that surrounds you
Is so powerful and secure
With this love and God’s too,
There is nothing you can’t endure

Strong, tough, and brave you are
Let’s not forget funny and bright
So today don’t stray too far
We’re all right here awaiting your sight

To the best man we know
We love you so and so.
