Pages Pt 7. Scents
"I came home smelling of you as if I was at the bar and the alcohol's aroma clung to me because I stumbled and blushed and found it hard to think straight. I couldn't bring myself to strip my body of your scent.. I hesitated removing my shirt... held it around my chin, neck, nose just to feel like you were that close... it didn't fool me. I only missed you more. The smell you left on me carried me to sleep... and it will awake me tomorrow morning. And like I'm doing now. I'll smile and wish for just a second longer that I could have tasted your lips."
