Pain

A twinkle from a tear filled eye

causes the soul to slowly die

unable to find out why

your mind goes too.

Slowly dread reaches your ear

the whisper of death and sorrow you hear

only to bring out your one true fear

leaves the body hollow.

The satanic shadow raises again

to prove that there is no end

that there is no such thing as friends

who loves you all the same

your heart is to blame.
