Pain

Pain is more than tiny scrapes

Pain is more than small bruises

 it's more than growing pains

Pain is more than upset stomachs

Pain is more than a broken bone.

Pain is getting stabbed in the back

Pain is letting go of the one you love

it's watching your best friend walk away

Pain is faking a smile becasue you can't explain

it's crying yourself to sleep every night

it's the cuts on your arms

Pain is dying on the inside but pretending you're fine.

Pain is screaming for help but no one can hear you

Pain is loving someone who doesn't love you

it's having your heart torn into billions of pieces

it's wanting people to notice but not wanting to be a bother

Pain is not what it was when we were young.
