Pain

It’s only pain Can’t you feel it, too? It’s a wound you can’t see This is my reality But who cares about me? If only you could see that I’m just like you Emotional scars run deep Can’t you feel the pain I feel? Coping through loss and grief You were never there for me When I felt alone…when I fell apart They tell me to move on, they’re all so cold How much longer will this last Because I’m scared for me After all, I’m only in pain Only in pain
