Pain

People are cruel and merciless. They hurt without thinking and/or feeling(s). I'm drowning in my sadness and my own tears; I want to sleep, I want to run away, I don't want to have to deal with all this. I don't know what to do anymore, I want to disappear! Besides, who would ever help me with my fear? The fear that is already reality: being all alone, with no shoulder to cry on. No one understands me, no one bothers to anyway. There's nothing left for me here, I want to throw it all away. Throw it all away, and go into an eternal sleep. I'm in pain, physical and mental, the scars that reside in my heart refuse to heal. I've given up on all hope, my faith in others reduced to nothing. And yet I shout out, "I want to be saved!" I want to be saved. Bad things are bad, unforgivable deeds cannot be forgiven. Yet I try to forgive, but it is not easy... Just as it is not easy to be so full of hate. When will I be able to escape this never ending pain that people wholeheartedly give me? People are cruel and merciless. They hurt without thinking, and without feeling.
