Pain

Pain is what feels like everyone hates looking at me

Is what nakes me feel uncomfortable

On how i'm actually feeling

Like a cage that I'm stuck in and I can't find the key

I'm screaming for help but nobody hears me

pain is what makes my tears flow like the niagara falls

I can't control my breathing sometimes

Because it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and I can't fight them off

Pain brings along their friend depression and overthinking

They sit there with me when nobody else will and talk to

saying things like :

" your not good enough"

" nobody likes you they just don't want to hurt your feelings"

And i sit there and just listen becasue

I'm tapped and I can't get out

Because pain is what's keeping me hostage.
