Pain and Alcohol.

Pain not as evil as you think,

Pain gets less and less as you drink.

Alcohol, the solution to all problems.

The red eyes of an alcoholic

Not symbolic

Memories of pain

All come back with the sound of the rain

The screaming

The rain is gleaming

Isn’t it beautiful?

Hitting a woman- inexcusable.

Children splashing in the puddles

Sore knuckles.

Laughter.

Can’t avert this disaster.

The rain stops.

But the teardrops

They don’t stop.
