The pain is ever constant,

The pain is ever constant, Never subsiding, but numbing, Alone I sit, For I have broken my back, For those I loved, Have turned away from what I have done, In my wretchedness I sit, What I have become is disgusting, Unforgiving destructive and inhuman, My soul is no longer mine, But has been destroyed by those I loved, To be turned against myself, There is a great sense of hurt, But I sit alone, My back broke, Unable to move and mend myself.
