Pain Gained

Pain Gained

Wee-woo! Wee-woo! Wee-oo! Wee-oo!

“Come on, come on!”

I grasp her eyes; she is screaming and shouting for the savior

Whispering her last goodbye

Shedding a tear of fear with such terror

That flares down to her mouth like wax melting from a candle

Departing from its mission

The reminiscing pain she felt was gained when the train passed through her

Leaving behind the markings that symbolized such curse

Her mouth was covered with blood as if she had just gobbled up some deadly cherries

Chuga chuga chuga chuga choo choo!

There goes the train waving like nothing had happened

Leaving behind the burnt emotionless smell of friction

The latex from examining gloves

Left an unpleasant odor from a bruised shoulder

Her unconscious body hanging on to what is left

Sending-off such anger twisting inside a spinning kaleidoscope

Leaving us with such a deception of losing a patient
