The Pain Game

The Pain Game

I smile because

I try to hide the pain

And there’s no one to blame

But myself

Because I’m the one who started the game

The game of fame

As they came

They remembered my name

It’s like I want a relationship

But I’m already in one

And that relationship with pain because of the game
