Pain has Purpose

Your pain is not there to punish you
your pain is there to pause you

In the pause you can connect
when you connect
you find meaning
when you find meaning
you see the purpose

So pain has purpose
don’t try to get rid of it
enter it; learn from it
when you do, you will heal it
