The Pain you Left me
You don't understand how empty I feel. It's so obvious that what we had was real. I'm not made out of steel, I try shake and break all the words you said to me, but in my mind it's all so heavy. I feel the scars of the love you left me, getting deeper and deeper, there's no way I can go any steeper. I'm at my lowest point right now, I could die right now but that's something I just won't allow. So silly to die over a boy who never loved me. You tore my heart out, and stepped on it repeatedly. That feeling inside I just couldn't hide. I'd cry myself to sleep at night, wishing you were there to hold me tight and say goodnight. But no one was there, I just lay there, wishing I could stay there. Then the feeling went away...I was emotionless everyday. Every step I took my whole body would ache, I just wanted to drop dead on the floor, seeing you with her made every bone in my body sore. The words I love you replayed in my head, I just want to go to bed. Seeing your lips on hers, like they once were on mine, on the outside I was fine, on the inside I was dying. You just went on with life as if we never happened. I guess you didn't mean the things you said to me, and I wish that one day you'd miss me and feel ache while you see me, see how I break, oh I beg you please to come back, I'm on my knees, I'm wearing my heart out on my sleeve, there's this pain inside me I just can't stand. I don't mind that you broke my heart, I guess I'll have to find a new place to start. I knew the arms you held me with were temporary, but what we had was still legend- wait for it- dary.
