The pain you put me through

Somehow I still desire you
You cut me with each word you tell
By some miracle we can dwell
On the pain that we share
Honestly I am close to despair
At some point we need to just clean the air
To only find out that love can be unfair
With each word you share it hurts to the core
But someday I will rise up and you will be no more
