painkiller

You were my painkiller My safe place, my home Until I began hurting you too And once again felt alone. You tried your best to help me I tried my best to heal But nothings really helping Can't change the way I feel I still feel sad at nights Blasting the music to drown out the pain But nothing works anymore I'm not sure I'll ever feel the same. I don't know why I feel like this I don't know how to make it stop But I know I'll always have you And that's enough to not give up You make me feel loved Youre my ray of sunshine You're the one I'm trying for To be a little bit fine But I'm afraid I'm gonna hurt you Im afraid that I'm a curse And baby if you ever feel the same Leave me even though I know it'll hurt I cry myself to sleep everyday I hug my pillows tight Just wishing you were next to me To cuddle and make me feel alright I'm not sure how to stop the hurt I'm not sure if it ever will go away But for you I'll keep trying Cos you make me feel like maybe I'll be okay But I'm sorry for all the pain I've caused The times I've made you hurt I promise I'm trying my best To try and show your worth You deserve the world And I deserve less But somehow I got you Somehow I was blessed So I'll try to be enough for you I'll try and make you smile I'll try and do the same you do for me And make your heart race a minute a mile I know you should have someone better than me I don't deserve all ur love and care But if you give me a chance to try and fix myself I'll try and make it seem fair I know for you Im not enough But I promise that I'll try To give you all my love To make you smile Until the day I die
