Paint Me

Paint me how I am,

Not how my mom sees me,

Not how my dad sees me,

But how I see me.

Paint me how I used to be,

Not how she used to be,

Not how they used to be,

But how I used to be.

Paint my future,

Not how my coach sees it,

Not how my teacher sees it,

But how I see it.

Paint me,

Paint my flaws,

Paint my mistakes,

Paint my cuts and bruises,

But paint me as I see myself,

Not as you see me.
