The Painter

There are portions of this world that don't look like paintings.
And with the sight of blood there are times when I feel like fainting.
But I adore His creation.
The one who opens a door for me, so that I can turn away from temptation.
We look at His paintings and see an illusion.
However, time will come when we'll realize, it was just confusion.
In the end you discover, it wasn't just the world He painted.
But His son and the empty tomb.
And our Father is dying to put this piece on display.
So that Satan will hatefully see, that he is not the Almighty.
The thought keeps coming back at me, where God splattered paint in the devil's eyes.
It explains why he is blind.
But this was no accident, this was His purpose
For us to finally see God's heart of art.
