Pandora’s Fault

She kept her Instagram comments within a box secluded from her mind. 

Never to be seen

She was once told to keep her radiance; never open the box of opinions.

Yet the curiosity cursed her thoughts

So overwhelming it engrossed her.

Just a peak She thought

How harmful can a peak be anyways?..

Out flew the evil spirits of remarks that swarmed her mind. 

She engraved the thoughts in her thoughts .

Except the positive, hopeful outlook she once had on herself.

She deleted the photo of the new pandora bracelet she so eagerly posed with

As it had lost all meaning...
