Pandoras Box

With the darkness around me I am lost.

I am no longer near my home.

I hear the waves crashing against the shore just like the waves of my anxiety smothering any light left inside me.

I fell so contained by this darkness.

Worry continues to devour me as I am alone with no one but myself.

Then I see it

Its light covers me I am no longer dark and grey.

My life is not empty.

Even with my struggles I now know something.

I must continue to try

I must continue to live

I must continue

I have found HOPE
