Panic

My chest is tighting

My breath is coming in slower

And slower. The pain starts

spreading through my chest and down

my body. My mind gets filled with

all these thoughts. All these" what ifs"

All these "maybes". Im questioning

everything. Then my thoart closes.

My vision gets blury. My ears

starts ringing. I draw

my knees close to my chest.

I can feel every emotion building

up inside clawing at me screaming

for a escape. Then i grab that

sharpen edge slice through my

delicante skin to reieve the

pressure and release my emotions.

Then i pop a few pills to num

the pain and drift off to sleep.
