Panic Attack

My heart races
Tears form
Breathing struggles
This happens often

She yells then leaves
Someone says 'shut up'
I try to stay calm
But I feel like I'm suffocating

The panic rises
I want to cry
To hid away
To bad my asthma has kicked in

There is only one thing to do
Lose the door
Take deep breaths
And pray I don't pass out

Everyone is asleep
But my throat closes up
I feel claustrophobic
In my empty room

Darkness arrives finally
There are no dreams
Only nightmares
Panic attacks me even when I fall asleep

You are made for the day, not the night. Sit in the sun and blossom :) You will make it through.
