Panic Attack
Panic Attack,
It starts with your head swimming,
Your heart racing,
A feeling of dread you cant understand
And yet you fear it.
The walls are closing in around you
The room getting smaller
You start breathing heavily as you feel suffocated by your fears
Fears other people cant understand.
Get a grip! They yell as if they understand.
As if they understand the sudden dread that fills your soul and mind
