panic attack memories


No. you don’t understand. You don’t understand how bad it is. You don’t understand the tears and the drowning sensation of memories you never want to come up because you felt so scared and alone while someone took what was yours and used you against yourself. You don’t understand the gut-wrenching pain every time his name is uttered out of anyone’s mouth or the shame felt whenever you’re around him. You don’t know the memories or the feelings i’m trying to push down and ignore.
