panic attack of rage

The anger courses through my veins Making my cold skin hot as fire And the headache begins to form Making the world spin a thousand times fast My heart beats fast as my rage begins The world in the corner of my eyes begins to fade to black My vision is going fuzzy and blurry I can’t see The world has gone pitch-black And i just can’t seem to breathe When i breathe in it stops halfway down my throat When i try to breathe out i feel myself On the verge of passing out Is this a panic attack I know it is I have felt them many times before And i fear this is the worst one I hate that this happens And i can’t believe i have to suffer The anguished pain of them And also i can’t live much longer If i suffer one too many more
