paradise found

In my dreams, I see the island.

With rolling emerald mountains.

Houses hidden on their perches.

Bright blue water and thin beaches.

The town is a rainbow of colors.

Sailboats bob in the breeze.

Donkeys and cats roam the streets.

My hair flows free,

My heart is set.

My skin is warmed.

I am home.
