Paradise For You And For Mehe

As we try to make sense of this,

Tell me you will not leave me behind.

I will show you with my kiss,

Abandonment is not for the mind.

I'm not afraid of losing you,

But of you being gone.

I've been alone, on my own

Already far too long.

As we try to make sense of this,

It will not get easier.

The reality of our lives as humans is,

More problems will occur.

So I ask you, my sunshine.

To please put your soft hand

Into mine.

As we try to make sense of this,

Together we'll appear.

But we'll fight through this as one,

As one without the tears.

At a young age, I know my life.

Though my life I do not know.

I'm trying to find my purpose.

I'll go to the place where I am known.

I know that place is where you are.

I'll follow you, like your my star.

Together as we make sense of this,

All things can become is clear.

I'll prove this life is more than just some ending bliss,

If you'll just hold me near.
