PARADOX
I'm a rose, as you rose to take a photo I pose, and press pause
My petals bloom darker than my thorns
I'm growing on powdered coffee yea that's my soil you water me with blood they'd say you bleed me til I flood this pot
But this room in which you planted me Is made of horns growing out of my skin it's like these pins found their way to the root of my heart
You're pricking me I bleed twice,
once for lying to me you'd be here and twice cause I love the adrenaline rush
It's quite a sudden rush
Just like how you left in such a rush
I say hush inside of me maybe it'll be alright
You're trying to uproot me from this misery
But I'm so deep in it call me 6 feet under
Twinkle twinkle little star oh how I wonder will you shine on me tonight
Just one ray
People call me Cray
I'm just a shade of grey
Still stuck in this room tryna make what happened in May
Why oh why did you walk away
I never hated you, my heart never rated you
I'm staring out this window into the lonely cold night just thinking maybe if I could reach this window pane
Oh dear Kane
Do you feel my pain?
Or is it window pain
Cause I'm fastened by these chains
Waiting for the day when this reality becomes my memory lane
My petals need just one drop, no not raindrops, I mean let me drink this blood and taint my petals and I know I could never be redder or maybe that's a lil absurd so I'll just paint my petals instead
Your absence was never an option and now I'm left a picture without a caption
