The Paradox of Love


It was a very frosty winters day The sun rose upon the snowy blanket There was something blinding him, the suns ray The boy then reached into his warm pocket Pulled out his hand and with it a locket His girl stood beside him and grabbed his hand It was not an inexpensive trinket The locket's decoration was not bland What was with him was worth a quarter grand He then turned and gave the locket to her Hand in hand it was warm across the land
