Parents

Dad
There for me since day one
You held me in your arms
You couldn’t believe what you made
A beautiful baby girl

When I skinned my knee
You were there for me when tears streamed down my face,
You told me everything is gonna be alright.

I held your pinky when we crossed the street
You taught me things that were so neat
You made me smile when things were bad

You hugged and kissed me every night,
And tucked me in very tight
You always said “Don’t let the bed bugs bite”

As I’ve grew up you’ve always made me feel loved
I’ll always be your little girl
I’ll love you till the end of time
