PART OF A REGIME FOR ME

part of a regime for me,

in order;

to have a better mental health plan,

included that I have ECT today,

and before the fact,

was quite afraid,

and apprehensive as can be,

and feeling quite insecure,

about whether or not

I was doing the right thing,

however, for me;

I must respect the doctor’s advice

that I was in good hands,

and ECT would lift the moods,

and benefit me long term,

and help me

get over these depressive blues….
