PART TIME

                 PART TIME

How come the morning is so still
Heated rooms feel chill
Deafening silence can kill
Heart beat going uphill !

You used that corner to wriggle
Peeping out to giggle
Then came running to snuggle
What a joy to assemble !

On the table lies the cookie
My ears yearning to hear cukkie
Refrigerator has the milk and berry
With cows and moos that made you merry !

Soon it will be time to shower
Can see you run for cover
Toothpaste had the magic power
Can see you jump into the tub with fervor
Splashing and squirting water all over !

The sound of your shuffling feet
Running to hear the beat
Played by the mini on seat
What a Joy you gave me as treat !

Time has stood still for sometime
Will cherish memories till the time
Save for you many a rhyme
Knowing soon it will be comeback time !

Thank you my child and the kind God
Those were the best of times I had
My biggest and priceless treasure
None can come upto that measure !
Child , you are my love forever !
