Partial

Proverbs 4:23             New English Translation

23 Guard your heart with all vigilance,

for from it are the sources of life.

Partial

Lowliness of mind, what does that really do to pride?

I seem to understand my heart's lowliness much better

If my mind has no feeling. Then where does conscience reside?

Maybe somewhere in between my mind and to admit: “I can’t”?

A pure heart- a pure mind, and so be purified mentally

To be correct in the frame of mind to be, and to know it

Through prayer is that possible as God’s light may expose

Evil thoughts directly unopposed, and then dispose of it

From our evil nature surely thoughts come forth

And when least expected, they surface in an instant

Mostly based on what’s observed from the past and through

An open the door to our memory banks jumping into the present
