#PartOfMyWorld

We all live our lives filled with differences.

Though there are many similarities too.

Just like in fairytales, we have dreams,

To some, a way to achieve dreams is to be a little bit rebelious.

But life is messy, and sometimes we get caught in the crossfire.

Princess Ariel desperately wanted to be part of our world

So, she swam off to shore and fell in love with a prince

who gave her a beautiful life except

she forgot who she was.

She left her home behind.

Her family.

Her best friends.

Her music.

She became lost.

The mermaid part of herself slowly turned into a memory.

She was burdened with the tasks of being princess of a new land.

She had to learn how to be a different person.

Was this dream really worth it?

Why am I so lost?

I thought this is what I've always wanted....

I'm so alone.

All fairytales movies end though they're just beginning.

All we see is how it starts, but nothing else after that.

We assume life goes on for them happily and perfectly.

Fairytales are #goals. Except, they're fake.

We all go through struggles.

Princesses and all.

Just remember,

The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Green grass takes time.
