passing dreams

silent days i lay my head.
passing days i lay in bed.

my dreams are silent,
my breath be still,
im slowly losing,
my free will.

peace-less sleep, my way to dream.
wish-less sleep, my ways do seem.

having dreams no pass of time,
wishing things, not one with rhyme.

night at dusk
light at dawn
im losing to chess,
im one little pawn.

my game is over,
my life be still.
my presence grieving,
as passing will.

now lay my head,
i start to dream……………
