Passion and Emotion

Restraint was something I thought was an ideal.

I never thought I could be wrong.

But I was.

Holding things back has its place, but to do it all times…

Was foolish, and more,

I needed to let the passion free.

I needed to let the emotion free.

And I did…

Words set me free,

Putting them together helped create liberation.

Freeing me from a prison of my own making.

Moving me into the light.
