Passion For The Game

Rock with the racquet in my hand

On the court, I move with rhythm

Get to the ball! Coach exclaims

Eagerly, I swing with my forehand

Recover for the next point.

Fabulous! The ball lands on the single side line

Exhale, I got it

Drive the ball through with two hands on the racquet

Earn the point, thirty to love

Roar of emotion, I let loose

Excitement that I cannot contain and a

Relentless passion I have for the game.
