passion for strength

Kickboxing is. Its the him of adrenaline racing through the body. The chanting of the crowd ringing in the air. Closing their eyes to take it all in. To feel the experience. To gather strength from something physically weakening. To let go. To free yourself. To be living for that moment. Working and training till one bleeds. That is the ideal behind kickboxing. To simply be, and push all other thoughts aside. To give in to instinct and push away the wordly cares. Being in sync with spirit and body. Focusing on the task at hand. The discipline and control. Becoming one. Getting here wasn't easy. Time spent pushing and breaking yourself. Going beyond the wall of limitations set and recreating the mind. What use to be normal became weakness. Strength became putting on the gloves and feeling naked without them. Completely giving in to something, you never thought you'd love.
