The Past

The past has made my future.

Insecure now more secure than ever.

Had a mind of self hate now the pain is away.

Before not of motive in sight, now have the greatest endeavor.

Use to want to leave, now forever I will stay.

The past has made my future.

Full of bright ideas when my thoughts were maleficent.

Use to cry every night now I plan ahead.

Had to compare all my flaws now grateful for being different.

I want to explore the world when I used to never leave my bed.

The past has made my future.

I was afraid but now the world should fear that I will not give up.

This is my future not the past.
