past

I found something I shouldn't have,

I looked too far in the past,

They warned me not to look,

but more than a little peak I took,

I needed to see for myself,

digging to find the truth was hard,

The things hided in a shelf,

Playing with every card,

searching endlessly,

leaving trails carelessly,

thinking freely,

until finding the right key,

I unlocked almost every door that needed to be opened,

old wounds resurfacing,

dragging the whale out of the sea,

only to set it free,

finding almost everything about me

Iḿ M, I like reading, writing, cooking, acting, and helping others. Good luck to other poets out there, and never give up on your dreams. No matter how hard it seems.
