Past Pain

Couldn't see through the fog past pain

Stuck starring in the rear view mirror for years

You left me to get swallowed up by deep dark depression

No care if I was mired in fear and rejection

I gave you so much power over me

No more

The light and I found one another

Putting one foot in front of the other

I move through the gravity past pain
