The Past The Present and My future

As a young boy I was happy as can be.

Always smiling buzzing like a bee.

Then that dreadful day,I got the news my dad went away.

He went to Heaven when I was just 10,

I love him now and and I loved him then.

I missed him so much and I stare at the clouds.

I told him Daily, Dad I will make you proud.

I did great in school and never broke rules,

I know he's watching so I was always good.

Years has gone by now, I am away in School,

I am doing great and I am not a fool.

I have three years left at Murray State.

I am starting out with grades that are great.

School can be a struggle at times

But that okay it's better than crime.

I will growup to be a man

who will love my family and hold their hand.

No matter what life will bring, I will make the right choices just wait and see.

I will finish school and get my degree, on to my future that's still far to see.

My plan is to have a career of my dreams I will make it happen just wait and see.
