Past, Present, Future- I am here

When your past is unforgiving,

Your future is unspoken,

And your present in unbearable,

Just remember I am here for you

When your past is unforgiving,

Forgive you past self,

Learn from your mistakes,

And take the lessons with you

When your future is unspoken,

Speak your future true,

Do all that you can to make it be,

You can always speak a new future

When your present it unbearable,

Bear with it,

Live it one day at a time,

And you’ll see how much stronger you’ve become

What was, is and will be

Is up to how you perceive it

You have the power to change it,

Don’t let anyone take that power away from you
