Patience


I breathe in and breathe out.

I close my eyes.

The anger goes away.

I am no longer annoyed by my friend's endless chatter about herself.

 

But I am still thankful.

I grow resilient

To undesirable but inevitable situations.

I breathe in and breathe out.
