The Patriot

I will forever be a patriot of my country

I will forever do my best to protect

I will forever stand up for the pledge of allegiance

If I physically can

I will forever proudly hold my hand before my heart whenever our anthem plays

If I am ever called upon my by country 

I shall oblige 

We will never forget the men who died for us

We will never speak against our country 

As the anthem plays even if it is instrumental

We all hear the words swirling above us in the open air

I am a patriot forever.
