Peace: Yin & Yang

  .the feeling of internal stabbing

when fear overshadows your mind.

the feeling  of relief

when you detox your mind of fear

the sight  of the future you’re not

happy with and wholeheartedly resist.

the sight  of a future

that you’re willing to embrace

the scent and taste  of burning rubber

repulsively kicking your senses.

the scent and taste  of your favorite food

after a long stressful day

.the  sound   of distractions that prevents you from focusing on what matters

the sound  of nothingness

when you mute these distractions

the sense of peace that one finds

once they separate

negative energy  from positive energy
