Pen and Paper

Why do I write? They want to know But am I ready to let the past go? I write of both joy and pain. For you see I have both to my name. All my thoughts put to pattern. Simply because my voice does matter I paint pretty pictures with my words. But all my poems have hidden meanings Can you find my true feelings? Do not fret. It's not just pain It's also finding hope again. These written words speak louder than I. All because they are of a prettier kind. So with that my friend I let you ponder Why do I let my pen on paper wander?
