Pen and paper

I feel these bonds Across my chest Knowing that only I Can settle my unrest A feeling I know Just a bit too well I cant breathe Alone in my own hell With my pen Again I draw breath Loosen the bonds Across my chest The words that come That only ink can heal Take me away from all that is real With pen and paper I can heal
