The pen in my handWhat

The pen in my hand

What a light, weightless friend.

Something so small

Filled with all.

All its wonder.

All its might.

Able to take flight.

Helps with expression and emotion

And all you endure.

The pen helps you write and explore.

It allows you to feel

And it is yours.

Only yours for the taking,

Never breaking or escaping.

It is there when you need it.

Please never forsake it.
