Pen Of Power

Always misunderstood for the ink in your pen,

The hands used to hold the story,

And where your sentence even begin,

But that’s what makes you amazing,

You are the light shining through the page,

The creator of what happens on stage,

The reason the world has change,

Honestly if we were the same;

Where would be the variety lane?

The spark in your heart says it all,

The way you smile when poetry calls,

The new story in my thirst of worded walls,

You are a walking piece of art standing so tall,

Sometimes it’s just the world that needs to install
