The silent tears go unheard
The biggest fears come at night
Others choose to standby
While others choose to fight
By taking where they want to sit
Or taking slaves on a dangerous nighttime trip
Why is all of this go by
Day by day
Not a single tear shed
Silence won't come to the broken hearted cry
The powerful try to silence
The hateful sin
Crimes committed to one another
Just so the better person can win
People do you not see
How this world falls
How we need unity
White is no better than black
Nor black better than white
For this country was formed
For every race and color
To have the same right
The right to live
Love without end
The right to success
With new adventures waiting around the bend
Are you so proud that you will not
You can not
You refuse to see
That this country was founded
Is being fought for
People like you
